The Boot Camp is a 4-week session. Cost includes training and nutrition (discounts and special upgrades offered to enrolled students). All fitness levels welcome, pre-registration required.
KICKBOXING (Muay Thai Fitness)
This cardio-based workout focuses on the fitness and conditioning aspect of Muay Thai. It combines 60 minutes of high intensity training drills, calisthenics, skipping rope, resistance training, Thai pad drills and/or working on the heavy bags. You’ll burn excess fat and calories; improve strength, muscle tone, muscle endurance and flexibility. The workout is fun; safe, challenging and accommodates all levels of fitness. Modifications are offered for those just starting out.
Dress Code: Athletic Attire, Muay Thai Shorts (optional) / Equipment: Hand Wraps, Bag or Boxing Gloves.
FIGHT FIT CONDITIONING
The class is a “no-frills” workout that combines cardiovascular conditioning, calisthenics, interval training and plyometrics. The intense combat conditioning style workout utilizes medicine balls, light weight dumbbells and jump ropes. You’ll run, jump, sit-up, push-up, squat down and lunge your way to results. All levels of fitness welcome, no previous experience is required.
Dress Code: Athletic Attire, Cross Training Shoes (optional).
YOGA
Yoga is an individual experience and encourages a peaceful noncompetitive spirit. The poses are done slowly to enhance core strength and alignment. Training in Yoga will improve flexibility, balance, focus and relaxation. The class covers various postures, each of which has specific health benefits. Yoga Basics is a slower paced Yoga designed for seniors, but all is welcome.

ROADWORK
Running or “Road Work” is an essential element in any fighters training or serious fitness regimen. There is a 5K and 10K route mapped out within the surrounding area. Students are encouraged to run in groups for company, camaraderie, a competitive edge and/or all of the above.
Uniform Requirement: A good pair of running shoes can make all the difference.
TEEN MUAY THAI and TEEN FITNESS (Ages 14 - 17 yrs.)
The teen program combines Sports Fitness, Self-Defense and the art of Muay Thai. The classes include skipping rope, cardiovascular conditioning, punching and kicking combinations, clinching and kneeing, defensive tactics and flexibility exercises. The Teen Fitness class combines cardio, calisthenics, interval training and plyometrics. All levels of fitness are welcome.

MUAY THAI
This class covers the basic elements of Muay Thai (an ancient martial art and the national sport of Thailand) in a safe and controlled environment. The student will learn to punch, elbow, knee and kick. Training includes skipping rope, calisthenics, shadow boxing, technique, Thai pad work and/or heavy bag work, clinching and kneeing and abdominal exercises. In Muay Thai, Level 1 & 2 training includes advanced techniques, sparring and ring tactics.
Uniform Requirement: Muay Thai Shorts, Official Training Shirt or Tank Top / Equipment: Hand Wraps, Bag or Boxing Gloves (Sparring Gear: Mouthpiece, Shin Guards and Athletic Cup)
WAI KRU (The Warrior Dance)
Wai Kru, translated means “Respect to your Teacher”. It is a ceremonial dance performed prior to a bout. The class teaches several different types of Wai Kru’s including “Phom See Na” and “Chang Chu Uang” which is specific to Sit Yod Tong Camp in Thailand. Variations will be given to suit the level of each student. All fighters must learn and perform the Wai Kru.

MUAY THAI CAMP
The 2-hour session is run like Sityodtong, Thailand. Students are expected to keep busy (skip rope, shadow box and bag work). Training includes pad work, clinch and kneeing, sparring, ring strategies and tactics. Muay Thai Camp is a prerequisite for those interested in training for competition; however, beginners are encouraged to participate at their appropriate level.
Equipment: Sparring Gear
BOXING
This is not a fitness based workout; this is real Boxing taught by an experienced fighter. Students learn punching combinations, offensive and defensive maneuvers and ring strategies. The program includes skipping rope, calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work, focus mitt drills and sparring. Although sparring is encouraged it‘s optional.

BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu originated in Brazil and was founded and developed by the Gracie family. The strength of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is taking the fight to the ground by utilizing grappling techniques to subdue the opponent. The class covers basics and incorporates drills and submissions including chokes, arm locks and leg locks. All skill levels welcome.
Uniform Requirement: Jiu Jitsu Gi
MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)
The class combines the technical aspect of blending Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Wrestling in a comprehensive format. The class is not limited to fighters only.
SELF DEFENSE
The emphasis is on realistic scenarios and training drills. The student will learn to defend against front and rear attacks, learn how to disarm specific weapon threats and various ground defenses. In addition, students develop focus and awareness and learn to be assertive and not aggressive through body language.
