ght Fit Boot Camp is the first of its kind!  It’s a unique Fitness Program set in a boot camp style environment taught by Fighters. The emphasis is on helping you lose excess weight and unwanted fat and inches.  You don’t have to be a Fighter to train like one.
Training is Monday thru Friday
5:30 – 6:30 AM
The 4-Week Session combines 5-Days Per Week Training with a complete 4-Week Menu Plan and Personalized Daily Calorie Count designed and developed by a nutritionist/weight loss specialist.  You’ve tried the gyms, you’ve tried the fad diets and you might have even tried other boot camps.  Now it’s time to get the expert help you need to succeed.….
