UPDATED SCHEDULE (7/1/2011)

Attention Students: 
We've added a Mon-Wed-Fri "MMA Fitness" Class. It’s taught by Eddie Estrada (undefeated MMA competitor) ***MMA Fitness - You don’t have to get hit to be fit!***
Also, we changed Saturday’s "Strength and Conditioning" class to "Extreme Conditioning". This class is taken up a couple of extreme notches to accommodate students training on a competitive level.
