CLASS DESCRIPTION
  • FIGHT FIT BOOT CAMP (Lose 10 lbs. in 30 Days. Guaranteed!)
    The Boot Camp is a 4-week session. The cost includes training and nutrition. All fitness levels welcome, pre-registration required.

  • KICKBOXING
    This cardio-based workout focuses on the fitness and conditioning aspect of Muay Thai. It combines 60 minutes of high intensity training drills, calisthenics, skipping rope, resistance training, Thai pad drills and/or working on the heavy bags. You’ll burn excess fat and calories; improve strength, muscle tone, muscle endurance and flexibility. The workout is fun; safe, challenging and accommodates all levels of fitness. Modifications are offered for those just starting out.
    Dress Code: Work Out Attire, Muay Thai Shorts (optional) / Equipment: Hand Wraps, Bag or Boxing Gloves .

  • COMBAT CONDITIONING
    The class is a “no-frills” workout that combines cardiovascular conditioning, calisthenics, interval training and plyometrics. You’ll run, jump, sit-up, push-up, squat down and lunge your way to results. Challenge your mind and body in an intense combat style total body-conditioning workout. All levels of fitness welcome, no previous experience is required.
    Dress Code: Athletic Attire, Cross Training Shoes (optional)
  • YOGA
    Yoga is an individual experience and encourages a peaceful noncompetitive spirit. The poses are done slowly to enhance core strength and alignment. Training in Yoga will improve flexibility, balance and relaxation. The class covers various postures, each of which has specific physical benefits.
    Dress Code: Comfortable Work Out Attire / Equipment: Yoga Mat.

  • CHILD DEVELOPMENT (YOUTH SPORTS CONDITIONING, YOUTH SELF-DEFENSE, YOUTH MUAY THAI)
    The children’s program combines Sports Fitness, Self-Defense and the art of Muay Thai. The classes include skipping rope, cardiovascular conditioning, punching and kicking combinations, clinching and kneeing, defensive tactics and flexibility exercises. Training develops discipline, focus and self-confidence while improving strength, coordination, balance and agility.
    Uniform Requirement: Muay Thai Shorts, Official Training Shirt / Equipment: Hand Wraps, Boxing Gloves, Shin Guards, Head Gear & Mouthpiece
  • YOUTH ACADEMICS
    The 1-hour session is a scholastic tutoring program that improves academic performance. The class builds a strong foundation of good study habits and organizational skills in preparation for higher education. Combined with Youth Sports Conditioning, Youth Self-Defense and Youth Muay Thai the program is a unique fusion of training mind and body to create and foster children with good self esteem and improved self confidence. 
  • ROAD WORK
    Running or “Road Work” is an essential element in any fighters training or serious fitness regimen. There is a 5K and 10K route mapped out within the surrounding area. Students are encouraged to run in groups for company, camaraderie, a competitive edge and/or all of the above.

  • MUAY THAI, Level I
    This class covers the basic elements of Muay Thai (an ancient martial art and the national sport of Thailand) in a safe and controlled environment. The student will learn to punch, elbow, knee and kick. Training includes skipping rope, calisthenics, shadow boxing, technique, Thai pad work and/or heavy bag work, clinching and kneeing and abdominal exercises.
    Uniform Requirement: Muay Thai Shorts, Official Training Shirt or Tank Top / Equipment: Hand Wraps, Bag or Boxing Gloves.
  • MUAY THAI, Level II
    Only experienced students of Muay Thai are accepted in Level II. Students learn advanced techniques, training drills, sparring and ring tactics.
    Uniform Requirement: Muay Thai Shorts, Official Training Shirt or Tank Top.
    Equipment: Hand Wraps, Bag Gloves, 16 oz Boxing Gloves, Mouthpiece, Shin Guards, Athletic Cup and Supporter
  • WAI KRU (The Warrior Dance)
    Wai Kru, translated means “Respect to your Teacher”. The class teaches several different types of Wai Kru’s including “Phom See Na” and “Chang Chu Uang” which is specific to Sit Yod Tong Camp in Thailand. Variations will be given to suit the level of each student. Although all Fighters must learn and perform the Wai Kru, the class is open to all students.
    Uniform Requirement: Muay Thai Shorts.
  • BOXING
    This is not a fitness based workout; this is real Boxing taught by an experienced fighter. Students learn punching combinations, offensive and defensive maneuvers and ring strategies. The program includes skipping rope, calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work, focus mitt drills and sparring.
    Uniform Requirement: Boxing or Muay Thai Shorts, Official Training Shirt, Boxing Shoes (optional)
    Equipment: Hand Wraps, Bag Gloves, 16 oz Boxing Gloves, Mouthpiece, Head Gear, Athletic Cup and Supporter & Towel.
  • BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
    Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu originated in Brazil and was founded and developed by the Gracie family. The strength of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is taking the fight to the ground by utilizing grappling techniques to subdue the opponent. The class covers basics and incorporates drills and submissions including chokes, arm locks and leg locks. All skill levels welcome.
    Uniform Requirement: Jiu Jitsu Gi.
  • COMPETITION TRAINING
    Competition Training is for those interested in competing in the sport of Muay Thai. It includes pad work and/or sparring combined with ring strategies and tactics.

  • MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)
    This class combines the technical aspect of blending Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Wrestling in a comprehensive format.  The class is not limited to fighters only.

  • OPEN GYM 
    Open Gym is reserved for students to train on their own or with a partner(s) utilizing the weight room, heavy bags, Thai pads, focus mitts and/or the boxing ring. 
  • PRIVATE TRAINING
    Private Training is one-on-one with a qualified and experience Trainer/Coach and is by appointment only.

Towels are mandatory when training and all required equipment is strictly enforced for safety as well as comfort. Muay Thai shorts, hand wraps, boxing gloves, gi’s and other equipment are available for sale at the front desk.
